Mix protein powder (I used pea protein but probably any protein powder would work) with the Monk Fruit powdered sweetener (must be powdered to help absorb the oils) then stir in Heavy Cream and mash thoroughly with the natural peanut butter (natural avoids the sugars).
Press into your favorite silicon mold and pop it in the freezer for 1/2 an hour. My mold holds about 2 heaping teaspoonfuls per section but the yield does seem to vary one or two depending on how much I’ve sampled the product, spilled, not scraped out of the bowl, etc.
These need to be kept cold as they get mushy at room temperature.
